### Describe the bug

Amplify previews suddenly stopped getting created . This started happening right after we faced https://github.com/aws-amplify/amplify-console/issues/2236

### Expected behavior

Amplify should create preview for every PR created in github.

### Reproduction steps

1.create a pr for a repo connected to amplify
2. the preview dont appear in amplify console
