Add ability to aggregate amplify metrics and logs by environment

I have an amplify app with several environments configured, including a production environment which I would like to be able to monitor and alert on separately from other environments.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
I would like to be able to aggregate amplify metrics and logs by environment, similar to the current aggregation by app.
It would also be helpful to add other dimensions for filtering and aggregation such as lambda function, api, database.

Start by reviewing the existing aggregation of Amplify metrics and logs by app, then determine how environment should be represented as a separate dimension. Consider the requested filtering dimensions, including Lambda function, API, and database. Done means production and other environments can be monitored and alerted on separately.
