### Describe the bug
When navigating to an app, and then to the (failed) build step, there are a bunch of JS errors of which one breaks the page (see screenshot below).
This happens consistently, however I've had occasional "success" where the script didn't fail (but about 95% of the time it will).
A hard refresh will make the page work.
### Expected behavior
Scripts not to hit errors ;)
### Reproduction steps
1. Go to "All apps"
2. Select an app
3. Click the "Build" step
4. Errors should appear
### Build Settings
_No response_

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by opening an app from “All apps,” selecting the “Build” step, and watching the browser console for the reported JavaScript errors. Compare normal navigation with a hard refresh; done means the failed build step loads without page-breaking script errors during the documented sequence.
