### Describe the bug

I try to clone a backend environment. The response says "failed". Nothing more.

### Expected behavior

Successful backend environment clone OR usefule error message response

### Reproduction steps

1. AWS Amplify / app / backend environments / Actions / Clone
2. Cloning env:test to env: firstprobe in app:d3bk9npivltuns. This operation will take a few minutes.
3. Cloning env:test to env: firstprobe in app:d3bk9npivltuns failed

There's no other instruction, no log, no informative response (in browser's js console too)
