**Describe the solution you'd like**
1. Given I'm an organization with multiple SPAs with similar setup
2. When I configure one SPA (Amplify APP)
3. Then want to be able to click on Amplify APP
4. And select clone/duplicate
5. And that will result with new Amplify App with exactly same setting as the original one
Similar feature is on AWS ElasticBeanstalk - `Clone enviroment` https://docs.aws.amazon.com/elasticbeanstalk/latest/dg/using-features.managing.clone.html
