Translated text of "Rewrites and redirects" seems to be wrong in Japanese

**Describe the bug**
Translated text of `Rewrites and redirects` shows "書き換えて、リダイレクト" in Japanese and it seems to be wrong.

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to AWS Amplify in management console
2. Select Japanese from footer
3. Open left submenu
4. See wrong translation

**Expected behavior**
It should be translated into `リダイレクトの設定`.

Reported at https://twitter.com/no_iwamatsu/status/1358506217786675200 that says "it took time to find Rewrites settings because of the wrong translation" and I confirmed the issue.
