### Describe the bug
After adding user groups via the CLI, when adding custom policies as per [the docs](https://docs.amplify.aws/cli/auth/groups/#group-access-controls), if one runs amplify push the custom policies are removed.
### Expected behavior
Custom policies are applied to the IAM role for the user group
