Description
**Describe the solution you'd like**
For the predictions module, it would be great to be able to query for historical labels generated by the AI Services. For example, if I upload images to S3 and use Textract and Rekognition on the images, then those labels could be inputted into DynamoDB or ElasticSearch for me to query later.
