Research direction

Reproduce the failure with `amplify push api` after adding a new `@key` or key to an existing type. Start from the deployment log around `upload-appsync-manager`, then trace where the table name is required. Done means the updated GraphQL API deploys successfully without the “table name should be passed” error.
