`amplify push help` does nothing

**Describe the bug**
`amplify push help` does not list all the possible parameters we can pass to `amplify push` such as `--no-gql-override`

**Expected behavior**
As stated in the readme, `amplify help ` should display the help for the ``.

Using cli 1.5
