### Describe the feature you'd like to request
Hosting should support origin failover for the CloudFront distribution. This is to maintain high availability and not be impacted by S3 outages in one region.
### Describe the solution you'd like
Ability to configure a secondary S3 bucket in a different region that the main bucket CF serves the static content from.
