AWS amplify Region not available (ap-southeast-3)

Hello team,

I'm trying to setup in my app using aws amplify. I want to use already existing bucket to work with so I want this region (jakarta ap-southeast-3) but these commands are not returning this region so anyone can help me with this.

### Steps to Reproduce

Steps that I've done.
1. amplify init (Added my access key and secret key)
2. amplify configure
after these commands region selection list comes but this one(jakarta ap-southeast-3) is missing.
