[Feedback] Make latestRegionSupport more descriptive

The latestRegionSupport Feature Flag documentation says that regions will be mapped to other regions. However, it is not clear what this means and what affect it will have. From reading the source code it seems like the component resources will be deployed in the region that the app has mapped to. Could you please update this document to be more descriptive and maybe also include some examples.

Start with the /cli/reference/feature-flags page and its latestRegionSupport entry, then read the related source code to verify what region mapping does to component resources. Update the explanation with concrete examples of mapped regions and the resulting deployment behavior.
