Remove dead links, unmaintained projects

Feel free to help maintain this list by following the usual [contribution](https://github.com/awesome-foss/awesome-sysadmin-data/blob/master/CONTRIBUTING.md) process.

> Software with no development activity for 6-12 months may be removed from the list.

Remember that some projects are feature-complete/mature/simple enough that they don't need much maintenance. Check if they still have active users/work as advertised before removing them. You may notify the maintainer of each project in comments of your Pull Request, to inquire about the status of their project.

Start with CONTRIBUTING.md and the latest results from the dead-links.yml and unmaintained-projects.yml workflows. Review each reported project for current activity, active users, and whether it is feature-complete before updating the list. Done means the confirmed dead or unmaintained entries are removed and the automated checks no longer report those problems.
