Padronização das tags

Boa noite pessoal,

Fui efetuar a busca de alguns conteúdos no site e reparei que as `tags` não seguem nenhum padrão de nomenclatura ou associação. Por exemplo, dentro da section `javascript` tem a tag `javascript`.

O que vocês acham de termos uma lista pré-definida das `tags` que podem ser utilizadas?

Podemos também fazer com que o travis-ci valide isso p/ cada alteração.
