Android Support

I'm thinking this shouldn't be hard to do (famous last works 😬). Most of the libraries used for this app already support Android, we just need to add proper branching statements, modify Github actions to create the Android builds.

Need to ensure the following still works:

- Dark mode support
- Animations with buttons
- Vibration support
- Asacii keyboard

Start by reviewing the existing platform branching and GitHub Actions configuration for how builds are currently produced. The work is done when Android builds are created and dark mode, button animations, vibration support, and the ASCII keyboard continue to work on Android.
