Santee name is not linked

In the homepage, once the names are drawn, the santee name is not hyperlinked. Instead you see this:

> Dear ``, your santee is **``**.

It would be better if the santee is hyperlinked to their username

Start at the homepage rendering entry point that produces the Secret Santa message shown in the issue. Update the santee username presentation so it links to that user's profile, then verify on the homepage that the displayed name is clickable and points to the intended username.
