[FEATURE] Floating Mini Stopwatch Widget

I find it difficult to keep the stopwatch visible while working in other tabs or applications. I want an unobtrusive way to monitor and control the timer without switching screens.

I would like a mini floating stopwatch widget — a draggable, resizable overlay (like chat heads or picture-in-picture mode) that stays visible even when navigating to other tabs or parts of the app.

Displays elapsed time and key buttons (Start, Pause, Reset).

Can be minimized or pinned.

Optionally semi-transparent or circular for a clean aesthetic.

Syncs in real-time with the main stopwatch.
