Timer not persisting after page reload and Dark mode toggle not working on modal

Timer state resets when user refreshes the page. Dark mode toggle not working on modal - Modal content doesn't switch to dark theme
Duplicate task validation case sensitive - "Task" and "task" are treated as different items Search function not working with completed tasks - Search doesn't find text in crossed-out completed items. These are the changes I am worked on.
