On smaller screens (mobile or tablet view), the hamburger menu icon appears as expected. However, clicking the icon does **not display any menu options**, making navigation on small devices impossible.

#### 🔁 Steps to Reproduce
1. Open the app.
2. Reduce the browser width to mobile size or open on a mobile device.
3. Click the hamburger menu icon.
4. Observe that no menu options are displayed.

#### 🎯 Expected Behavior
Clicking the hamburger menu should expand it and reveal the navigation links/options.
