Minimap and scrollbar not right aligned

First of all I'd like to thank you for this great package.

I am not sure whether this is a Zen-plus or minimap issue, but the scrollbar and minimap (from the minimap package) don't stay aligned to the rightmost panel border in Zen-plus mode.

I have tried playing around with the width and font size. It all boils down to increasing the font size or package width enough for the minimap and scrollbar to be pushed right. However, a trade-off of this is losing the centered view of the text that is being edited.

This is a theme and font-independent issue, occurring with both default and external themes and fonts.

Is there any workaround for properly positioning the minimap and scrollbars while in the Zen-plus mode?

Reproduce the issue in Atom with Zen-plus and the minimap enabled, using the screenshots as the visual reference. Then inspect the Zen-plus and minimap layout or styling entry points to determine why the scrollbar and minimap do not reach the rightmost panel border; done means they remain correctly aligned without changing the centered text view.
