Auto-upload existing solutions to Kattis contest

Sometimes, when you enter a Kattis contest, you have already solved a few of the problems. It might be helpful to add a command that looks in a directory, fetches the contest problems, finds all the already solved problems in the local directory, and submits those (or perhaps tests them all and submits the successful ones?).
