Too time of retdec process

Hi guys. I am new on this forum and also on retdec network. I am running this command to decide my program.exe
C:/ retdec/bin> retdec.decompiler.py --no-memory-limit my program.exe

Then after many lines executed the process still on attached picture line, the processor is working at 100% . This process is running since yesterday night. My question is: is it a normal behavior?
