Add ios support

Now that there's Android and JVM KMP support (thank you!), it would be excellent if we could have ios support as well. When I try to use DAGP in my KMP projects that have ios targets, I get too many issues related to ios (I'll try and collect them here).

Actual support would be best, but if there was a way to easily ignore issues related to ios until then that would also be great.

Start by reproducing the reported DAGP failures in a Kotlin Multiplatform project with iOS targets and collect the individual issues mentioned in the report. Read the existing Android and JVM KMP support to determine the scope; done means iOS projects are supported or have a documented, reliable way to ignore iOS-related issues.
