Live Terminal Output Graphs not responsive

Hi maintainers,

while not a blocking or important issue at all, while reviewing for JOSS (https://github.com/openjournals/joss-reviews/issues/10439) I realized that the terminal UI graphs are only looking nice on wide screens, but not in split screen / terminal emulators, see screenshot:

Maybe this is more of an upstream problem of `uniplot` but maybe there is also some configuration on your side to fix that 🙂

Start by locating the terminal UI graph entry point and checking how it uses uniplot in split-screen or narrow terminal sizes. Reproduce the layout shown in the issue, then determine whether the responsive behavior can be configured in Mighty or must be addressed upstream; done means the graphs remain readable in narrow terminals.
