runsolver binary missing when installed with pip

Hello,

I'm trying to install this package from pip and run into the following problem:
When installing GenericWrapper4AC with pip, it doesn't include a copy of the runsolver.
I know that I can compile my own and include it myself, but a previous version of this package included the runsolver binary and it was handier that way.
Thus I guess the current behaviour is a bug.
