Why can't OrdinalHyperparameter have weights?

Description
I was wondering why an `OrdinalHyperparameter` can't have weights for the values in `sequence`. I saw the hint in the [docs about hyperparameters](https://automl.github.io/ConfigSpace/main/api/hyperparameters.html#hyperparameters), but don't understand yet why. Is this technically possible and just not implemented yet or would there be a fundamental problem with weights for the values of a `OrdinalHyperparameter`?
