Description
write an f-min interface as in [scipy](https://docs.scipy.org/doc/scipy/reference/generated/scipy.optimize.fmin.html) or [smac](https://github.com/automl/SMAC3/blob/master/smac/facade/func_facade.py) to run BOHB (and subsequently CAVE, but that is trivial to add) with minimal configuration "out of the box". Optional parameters to finetune BOHB like budgets or parallelization.
