Certificates with multiple accounts

Have you considered implementing a multi-account solution to increment the quantity of emitted certificates per week that Let's Encrypt allows (50 per week)?

Start by tracing certificate registration and renewal in this Lua/OpenResty nginx project, then clarify how multiple Let's Encrypt accounts would be managed and how the weekly certificate limit would be validated.
