Show a warning on portal, when access token life time > idle timeout

When access token life time > idle timeout, the session would always timeout quickly.

Maybe we can show a warning and explain that to user in the Portal > Application

Start in Portal > Application and locate the access-token lifetime and idle-timeout settings. Confirm the behavior when the access-token lifetime exceeds the idle timeout, then add a user-facing warning that explains the resulting quick session timeout. Done means the warning appears for that configuration without affecting other settings.
