Description

## Problem

In our SaaS service, the out going traffic from the TS hook and Webhook have dynamic IP addresses. Some enterprise integration may require a static IP for firewall configuration.

## Solution

Find the price for a static IP and evaluate the cost of providing such service.

Research direction

The issue names the TypeScript (Deno) hook and webhook as the affected entry points, but provides no files, tests, or implementation scope. Start by identifying how their outbound traffic is deployed and where static-IP costs would be evaluated. Done means a documented cost and feasibility decision for providing static egress IPs.
