[Analytics] Can still choose monthly activity chart when date range is less than 1 week

## Description
If user select a date range less than 1 week, he can still choose month view in Activity table and will see an empty chart

## Steps
1. Login to the portal and the testing project
2. Go to Analytics page
3. Select date range to within 1 week (e.g. 2022-11-12 to 2022-11-16)
4. See Monthly tab still clickable
5. Click on the Monthly tab
6. See empty chart

## Expected result
Should make monthly tab disabled if date range < 1 week according to design comment

Start by reproducing the issue on the Analytics page in the staging project using a date range under one week, then inspect the Activity table and Monthly tab behavior. Done means the Monthly tab is disabled for such ranges and cannot open an empty chart.
