Add display name to login ID key

For display in portal, when there is multiple login ID key with same type (e.g. 'Primary email', 'Secondary email')

The issue names the portal display and login ID keys but no files, tests, or entry points. Start by tracing how login ID keys are represented and rendered in the portal; done means multiple keys of the same type can be distinguished by display names such as “Primary email” and “Secondary email”.
