[Profile pic] Cannot reselect images when adding profile picture

## Description:
Users cannot reselect images to upload when adding a profile picture.

## Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to the demo-enterprise app
2. Edit personal profile > edit profile picture
3. Upload a new profile picture
4. See unable to reselect images for the profile picture (clicking the back button will directly quit the process)

## Expected result:
Should allow users to reselect images to upload as profile pictures
