[User Portal, Settings] Suggest to add Back button for each page

## Background:

## Description:
In My Account/Security section, not every page has a back button, which is inconsistent with other pages even in the same section.

## Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to app portal > Settings page
2. Go to some page on My Account & Security
3. See not every page has a back button
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- User name
- Password

## Expected result:
Suggest to add Back button on each page, to be consistent with other pages

Start in the user portal Settings area and inspect My Account & Security, focusing on the Phone Number, Email Address, User name, and Password pages listed in the issue. Compare them with pages that already have a Back button; done means each listed page provides the same navigation consistently.
