## Background:
- Device / Browser (OS version): Chrome Version 97.0.4692.99 (Official Build) (x86_64) on Macbook Pro
- Version Tag: 2022-02-08.0

## Description:
In My Account/Security section, not every page has a back button, which is inconsistent with other pages even in the same section.

## Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to app portal > Settings page
2. Go to some page on My Account & Security
3. See not every page has a back button
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- User name
- Password

## Expected result:
Suggest to add Back button on each page, to be consistent with other pages
