[Admin portal, User management] Latest user profile changes not shown even after reopening its profile page

## Description:
The user profile info will not be updated even after the profile page is reopened (it will only update when the page is refreshed).

## Steps to reproduce:
1. Log in to the admin portal and select any app
2. Go to the User Management page > select any user
3. Log in to the app portal using that user account, edit the profile content and save changes
4. On the admin side, return to the user management page and re-enter the profile page
5. See the contents remain unchanged (even though the update time is changed)
6. Refresh the page, and see the field info are updated

## Expected result:
Should show the latest user profile when viewing users' profile page

Reproduce the issue in the admin portal’s User Management flow using the listed steps, then compare the profile shown after reopening with the result after a full refresh.
