* At Management Portal:
* Allow developers to configure how many consent they want at sign up page, with these parameters:
* The description (HTML)
* with/without checkbox (boolean)
* required or optionals (boolean)
* custom attributes name (string)
* At user profile page and user lists, show the consent and allow update
* At Auth UI, at the sign up page:
* display each consent below
