bench: admin move utility fails and moves 0 variables sometimes

I moved a speaker unit from KI to Glenelg and it didn't move the variables "moved 0 variables".

I moved the ESP32 controller, that worked, all the variables moved.

I moved the camera and that failed after a long wait "0 variables moved".

Now I have to either recreate the variables or edit them in the cloud datastore.
