Description
I tried to setup a test voltage for ESP32 testing and the actuator dropdown had a blank option to select. I figured out it was because I had no outputs set for the ESP32 (for other reasons) but regardless, there shouldn't be a blank option. To clarify this was in addition to the "Select" option that is the usual placeholder.
