Bench: Grouping Devices on Monitor Page

It would be really neat to group all related devices on the cloud blue monitor page. the monitor page can get really cluttered having all devices and peripherals slapped on there haphazardly with no particular order and no obvious connections between related devices. it would simplify the user experience to have just the rig controllers displayed primarily, with any related peripherals under a drop down or something like that.

while you're at it, the monitor page should probably also be self sorting in order of the most recently active. on the willunga page particularly we often have to scroll past a lot of inactive and typically unused devices before you find the device you want
