At the moment, there is not, but I think we could add this in the future. I'll add it to my todo list and update that here.

The issue names no Aurelia file, test, or entry point; begin with the linked Polymer attribute-reflection documentation and inspect the templating implementation. Done would require a decided Aurelia equivalent, with its expected behavior specified and verified.
