doc: Comparison with Other Frameworks

**I'm submitting a feature request**
Document Comparison with Other Frameworks.

**Current behavior:**
Aurelia documentation doesn't include any comparison with other frameworks.

**Expected/desired behavior:**
Aurelia documentation should compare Aurelia with other frameworks.
- **What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?**
Vue.js has created [great comparison](http://vuejs.org/guide/comparison) from its own perspective, it would be nice to have similar page from Aurelia perspective as well. Even if it initially compared just one or two frameworks.
