inlineView dependencies is appears not to be documented

I am not able to find documentation for the `dependencies` argument of the `@inlineView` decorator.

I note that `@inlineView` is only ever mentioned in a meaningful way (according to the Search box) under Cheat Sheet=>Custom Elements. (I'm not confortable with a cheat sheet being a primary source of documentation, as opposed to it just demonstrating usage of features that are documented elsewhere).

Start with the Cheat Sheet > Custom Elements section, the only documented usage of @inlineView mentioned in the issue. Find where the decorator and its dependencies argument should be explained, then document the argument and clarify how it is used; done means the dependency behavior is discoverable outside the cheat sheet.
