Support generating with fuse-box

* **What is the expected behavior?**
Add [Fuse-Box]() as loader/bundler option on cli

* **What is the motivation/use case for changing the behavior?**
Support for generating with fuse-box/typescript with the cli (I know about [aurelia-fuse-box-seed](https://github.com/fuse-box/fuse-box-aurelia-seed)). This is a great tool for typescript users, fast and efficient to minimise bundle size with roolup integration.
