Table component quirks

1. In the Metadat Editor dialog, the tag that is being edited would get highlighted with the accent color seemingly at random:

Observe: only tags 5 & 1 got highlighted.

2. To delete a custom tag for the first time, you need to select it first. Once you delete it, the selection is gone. After that, you don't need to select the custom tag you want to delete anymore: clicking the "delete" button would cause the last tag on the list to be removed.
