Description
### Bug description
### Steps to reproduce
1.When a headset or a microphone is plugged in or unplugged, clicking the play or record button in Audacity will directly result in an error report. The software must be restarted to function properly.
2.Currently, when adding labels to the audio track, the input method cannot be switched. Only the default English input can be used, and it is impossible to add labels in other languages.
### Expected behavior
It is hoped that the software can automatically recognize the changes of input and output devices and support the input of labels in multiple languages.
### Actual behavior
