Let track's height stick upon closing the project

### Problem to be solved

Track height changes do not stick, i.e. after closing and re-opening the project, all of its tracks are of the default height.

### Your idea

- After changing the track height, closing and re-opening the project, the previously set track height should be retained.
- Changing the track height shouldn't make the project dirty.
