Description
### Your idea
I've noticed that my Audacity instance is very slow to load, ~8.50 seconds. I've created a test run, where I would turn off/on each device, in order to determine if Audacity startup is affected by any of these devices.
### Problem to be solved
It seems that I've found the culprit - the Oculus Virtual Audio Device drivers, supplied with the Oculus hardware.
Once the input/output of this audio device are disabled, Audacity startup time is reduced to the baseline ~2.5 seconds.

Research direction
Start by reproducing Audacity startup with the Oculus Virtual Audio Device enabled and disabled, using the linked test runs for timing comparisons. Done means identifying and addressing the startup delay without requiring the device's input or output to be disabled.
