"Get Noise Profile" progress window incorrectly says "Applying Noise Reduction..."

### Steps to reproduce

1. Open a project file that contains audio that is long enough to take some time to get its noise profile.
2. Select enough audio for it to take some time to get a noise profile.
3. Go to Effect -> Noise Removal and Repair -> Noise Reduction... in the header menu.
4. Click on Get Noise Profile.

### Expected behavior

The progress window that appears should say something like "Getting Noise Profile...".

### Actual behavior

The progress window that appears incorrectly says "Applying Noise Reduction...".
