Description
### Problem to be solved
The current cursor is sometimes hard to see and doesn't clearly signal that a track or clip is ready for interaction or dragging when hovering over the track header. Users currently have to click on the track to see the hand or right-click and then click Move Track Up or Move Track Down.
### Your idea
Implement a "hand" or "grab" cursor when the mouse hovers over an audio clip. This provides immediate visual feedback to the user.

Research direction
The issue names no files, tests, or entry points. Start by locating the desktop UI code handling hover interaction for track headers and audio clips, then verify that hovering each target shows a hand or grab cursor and that the cursor remains clear for dragging.
